Built around senior expertise,

We are senior engineers with academic CS backgrounds and decades of combined production experience. We use AI in the build itself, which is what lets a focused team ship at the cadence of a much larger one.

Most engagements look like one of two shapes. We tailor a product to fit a business that has outgrown the off-the-shelf option, or we extend an existing team with seniority on the parts that need it most. Either way, the work is built to the constraint, not to a template.

We work with teams who care about software the way we do. Most of our clients come back. The ones who don't usually come back the project after.

    We push back hard on scope and architecture before we write code. Once we've agreed, we ship without drama.

    We treat models like services that need testing, monitoring, and fallbacks. The boring parts are the ones that make AI work in production.

    We're allergic to lock-in. Docs match the code, evals match the prompts, the team can run it without us. That's how engagements end well.
