04How we hire

Three conversations,
no take-homes.

  1. i.

    Intro call

    30 minutes with Djuradj. We talk about your work, you ask anything. No technical screening here.

  2. ii.

    Pair session

    90 minutes pairing on a small problem from one of our actual codebases. We'll debug, talk through trade-offs, see how we work together.

  3. iii.

    Reference + offer

    We reach out to a couple of references you choose. If both directions feel right, we send an offer within a week.
